After consultation between the leadership of the church, it has been decided that we should suspend in person worship on Sunday Morning during the third lockdown. This isn’t a decision that has been taken lightly but we believe it is in the best interests of the community for us to keep one another and the wider community safe by working together with the rest of the country to stop the spread of Covid 19.
These continue to be difficult times for everyone and we want to assure you that we are still here for you as a church. We are still worshipping – but not whilst in the same room together. We encourage you to join our worship online and continue to support one another in the coming weeks and months.
As always, we are here for pastoral support. Revd Robb and Revd Yvonne will continue to be available for funerals across the whole of Mixenden and Illingworth whether at Holy Nativity, the Crematorium or Graveside.
You all continue to be in our prayers and we long to see you all again in person as soon as it is safe to do so.
