Maundy Thursday with Holy Nativity’s Youth Group
On Maundy Thursday, many churches keep a vigil all through the night and into Good Friday. At Holy Nativity, this important task is always given to our Youth Group who have an annual sleepover in the church!

A New Role For a Familiar Face
Thanks to funding from the United Kingdom Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF)* Holy Nativity is about to embark on a three year project to develop our church building and expand the activities and community services that we provide. Holy Nativity turns 70 this year and the building has been at the heart of the community for all of that time, being originally funded by public subscription and arriving as a ‘flat pack’ church back in 1954. Planning for the Future

At teatime church this month we, looked at Abraham and the importance of our names and being known by God. We drew a picture based on the different meanings of our names and made keyrings. It was a really fun activity because we got to bake them in the oven and watch them shrink!
